My red light was on this morning, the one on my phone console that I try to avoid until I have a somewhat clean slate and can really attend to any specific request that's been left. So, after my morning multi-tasking, I listened to the message.

It was a thank you: a genuine, honest, heartfelt thank you from the new business pitch team I was a part of recently. The final presentation went well, said the voice on the message, and "we couldn't have done it without you."
