For anyone intimidated or confused by new technologies - clients, ad folks, some grandmas, me - the videos by Common Craft are the best how-to guides on the planet. Armed with paper, markers, and a video camera, Lee and Sachi LeFever have created innately likable and friendly presentations that make complex ideas easy to understand and share.
I found this video on social media on Brandflakes for Breakfast, and definitely recommend checking out the Twitter, Wiki, Social Bookmarking, and other videos at Common Craft. On top of the new media knowledge, I think there's a lot we can learn about how clear and simple communication strengthens presentations.
