Posted a discussion on the plannersphere for AAU/Brand Health trackers, trying to figure out if there are other companies to consider besides Hall&Partners, MillwardBrown, GFK, Russell, or MSW. What I found was...not a lot of discussion around this topic. But I did get a response that led me to the Greenbook > an online guide for quant research services (it's a like our Multiplan, provider search service).

Quirks.com is another directory I've looked at, but does anyone have best practices for vetting a new company? Are there specific questions I should be asking or do you just not really know what a company can or can't do until you give them a try?
